I RECEIVED A 30 DAY NOTICE WITH NO EXPLANATION. IT WAS CLAIMED THAT THE OWNER RECEIVED CORRESPONDANCE FROM POLICE. IF THERE'S AN ACTUAL LETTER, ISN'T IT MY RIGHT TO SEE THIS LETTER OR AT THE VERY LEAST KNOW THE CONTENT SO THAT I MIGHT BE ABLE TO PREPARE MY DEFENSE?

Unless he put that in the 30 day notice, in writing the answer is NO....Probably just made it up.

So start you packin today, and be out by March 31st...

sell all your junk on http://www.ebay.com to raise some cash, and use some of your sick and vacation days to make the move easier.
