What is the name of your state? Illinois

In a Multi-employer pension, if the Fund's Administrative Manager and Board of Trustees approves an Early Retirement Pension Application, and does this against the Plan Document's rules and regulations concerning "active employment".... and after approving said application, the Funds Powers suspends pension payment, must the Fund honor their actions and forward these monthly pension checks.

This situation did take place. The fund in question approved this application even though there Plan Document does state, if a participant is in active employment at the time this application is filed, the Fund cannot approve any such application for pension benefit payment.

After approving said application, there is no language in the Plan Document concerning suspension of pension payment for the Administrative Power's to adjust their wrong doing.
