What is the name of your state? Arizona

1989 we bought our home the fence was here, a few years later the new neighbors put in 3 horse/ cow corrals w/3 sides, without asking, our fence became the forth side (west side) approx. 210 ft x 6 ft. they must have saved $$ at least 50%, useing that cheap wire fence, and getting chainlink. {several years later} After returning home, last March; my wife told me "their taken down our (chainlink) fence" I said good! its about time they replaced it! after their horses and cow ruined it.
I went out and to see what was happening, I said "finally fixing the fence! "ya he said; "I'm tired of my horses gettin cought on your fence!!". a couple weeks later, I asked her, is this my fence? or yours?? she replied it our fence.
The question is- What is the best way to handle this?

P.S. the manure still flows throw

do you have a current land survey?

it's simple to say: if the fence is on your property, then it's yours. if the fence is on their property, then it's theirs. you just need a survey to determine where your property boundries are.

Does your state have a common fence statute?
