LD goes to work for a tribe of Indians as Program Director. LD works for the director of Behavioral Health. LD is not an Indian. LD's boss gets fired in (2004). LD becomes "Acting Director" in 2004. A new cheif is elected, Nov. 2005. As a result of the new chief's reorganization he sends out a memo anouncing LD is now Director of behavioral Health, no longer acting director. (2006) LD asks for the director's salary, $20,000 more than LD has been making as acting director. Within days of asking personnel for the Director's salary. LD is told that LD is still acting director, the tribe is now changing the qualifacations of the job to something LD is not qualified for. Please What can LD do before LD is fired for not being qualified????
