hello from kentucky.my son lives in state run housing, where they have to take care of outside property.maintenance did not inform them they were going to work on roof.my son has lots of flowers in ground and flower pots all over the yard.maintenance people destroyed alot of them, told my son they would not reimburse for anything, and he had no legal right to ask for replacement.he`s very upset about this and doesn`t know what to do. i know this is probably not important to alot of people but he gets alot of compliments from neighbors and visitors.he`s really brightened up the place, and was proud of it. is there anything he can do. thanks in advance

Son needs to go up the management chain of complex and if it if owned or run by city/county/state, he needs to complain to whoever runs the property. Maintenance should have given notice and NOT broken personal property.

Have son get renter's insurance ASAP.
