I am a real estate broker from Kansas. When I first connected with this website, I thought it was great.

I have posted threads as well as posted replies to questions. I always give an opinion. I am new to this, but try to answer the queston as best that I can. Maybe it's helpful, maybe it's not.

I have read a number of the questions and responses in the Buyer's and Seller's topic. Although some answers maybe simplistic to attorneys and real estate professionals, the person(s) asking the advice, are getting some derrogatory answers.

Even an opinion that I gave to a post was ridiculed by a few members.

So, if any members care that I stay on and respond to the real estate post, please reply.

If you don't care, please respond with just "Goodbye."

If an attorney, and a member of this site, and in favor of the promotion of the "Find an attorney".........What guest or even a member would want to retain your services after reading some of the replies.

People come to this site, seeking knowledge from an individual who knows more that they do.......

They might be a brick layer.....and know alot more about brick building than you do.......Does that make them stupid. HE** NO.

Additionally, don't talk to me about taking the heat. I endured poverty, worked almost everyday since I was 13, a U.S. ARMY VETERAN of DESERT STORM....COMBAT ENGINEER. SEEN MORE REALISM AND BULLSH** THAN MOST.

NOW I OWN 2 REAL ESTATE COMPANIES AND 1 TAX ADJUSTMENT COMPANY. I STARTED COMPANY #1 WITH $25.00 IN MY ACCOUNT.

SO IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO COMPARE BIO'S.............LETS SEE WHO CAN ACTUALLY "TAKE THE HEAT."

Oh, and the phrase is "should have" or "should've", not "should of".

**A: we have no idea.. Maybe the writer's post was so confusing and convoluted that the responder thought the answer was given. Or maybe the responder thought that they were giving the right answer, but it wasn't.
Could it be the responder is giving a "head's up" response only. Could it be that the responder is trying to make a joke out of the thread? There could be many more reasons ehy.

**A: that's correct. And your professional knowledge is welcomed. We need more contributors, especially ones that have the experience and background you do in real estate. But if you are going to have hurt feelings and are so thin-skinned as to get emotional over comments made to you on an internet website, maybe this forum is not for you. If you so choose to continue on this website, be prepared for people to harass you, call you names, tell you that you are full of it, argue with you, attack you etc. It won't matter if you are wrong or right or if the ones posting are newbies or senior members.
So I am not saying goodbye but if you want to say it now or in the future so be it.
