After 3 months landlord had not fixed leaking roof. My friend and I decided to try to find the leak and fix it. while on the roof my friend fell off and broke his neck. He had surgery and was in hospital for a week. He has hospital bills and lost wages. Is the landlords property liability insurance liable? If so, what kind of monetary value could he expect and can he sue for pain and
suffering or partial loss of mobility in his neck?
