this company has my wife walkign on thin ice , supposedly a deed of trust had the wrong address , BUT she knows it was not her doing. knowing th esteps of knowing who to eliminate... if she gets let go adn she was not even the one who made the error. What can my wife or I do to take care of this legally or to prevent her from being the random chosen one to fire. ALso what can she tell them (the company or manager) to prove that's not legal for them to fire her if that were the case.?

nope. she can be fired for just about any reason, even a wrong one, as long as it is not for a protected status such as sex, national origin or otherwise.
