Uncle died leaving several properties and accounts to his current wife.
Soon after his death, wife asks me for help selling real estate and handling accounts.
She offers me 20% of real estate I get offers on excluding her homestead property and 7% of all cash from accounts. We both sign an agreement that states the terms listed and that the agreement is non-cancelable! Have it notorized and each get a copy.
A month or so goes by I list and get an offer on one of the properties and she decides "I don't remember signing, must have been under stress and I am notifying that I cancel"
She hires an attorney who says "contract is uninforcable and they're not honoring" A week later She Dies. I would like to cliam against her estate, worth about $1.3MM.
Her attorney is insisting contract is NOT VALID.
Can I take legal action against her estate?

You need an attorney yourself. Without reading the contract, there is no way to answer your question.
