This is a Tough One (Rehab Financing Package)

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Well, it took place in California but I live in Florida.

During a brief yet profound depression one year ago, I impulsively reached out for help and called the first drug rehab hotline I found in the phone book.

....and yesterday I impulsively posted this. I realize now it was a mistake, which I now humbly apologize for.

Dude, seriously - you really need to shorten your post.

Try to stick to the facts, leave out the editorial and ask 3 or so questions - you'll receive far more help

Getting on the plane in the first place was such a bad idea, I don't even now how to advise you how to get out of the mess you got yourself into.

Wow, I guess my problem is just too complicated for free advice. I kind of expected that. When I first got home I made several phone calls to a variety of different kinds of lawyers (in Florida and California), and they all told me there was nothing they could do. So I gave up.

I have very recently tracked down and contacted the group that accredited this particular rehab clinic, as well as the California State Attorney's office. If nothing else, I'm going to make sure there's a written record of my having informed the proper authorities of this group's dangerous business practices.

If you find yourself in that position again, maybe you should call a friend or family member you trust first, and let them help you get help.
