What is the name of your state? Texas

My husband's ex wife gave their son to his dad and step mom. We didn't have a chance considering they are rich and we are not.
In the past year we have been able to see the child 3 times! once on his birthday once on christmas and one time earlier in the year. That is it. Everytime we call, no answer, everytime I send her an email asking if we can see him, she comes up with some excuse as to why we can't. " We have an auction to go to" is what she tells me. Honestly, are auctions more importmant than seeing his Dad? I don't think so. We have no money to take them to court. When we call the cops, they say there is nothing we can do, but here is the catch. She (my hubby's step mom) used to work for the police department. She is on the inside, that is why the cops 'can't do anything' I know this is illigal, but what can we do?
Money talks and B.S. walks!

I for one , am not going to search through all the post to see if they have others . If they do they should refer to them or keep there post in their original threat if possible .

I answer them the way I see them .

Yes , I can Imagine there is more to it , but If they have a valid court order , and they are being denied their rights , the Place to bring it before is the Court that Ordered it .
