I am a coach of a basketball team. This lady daughter was not getting to start like she thought she should. So I get called to the central office and told that there are some allegations being brought up against me. The had the SChools lawer investigate. She claimed I had sexually abused some of the players, That i itimadated the players, and that i put my hands on her and abused her. She told the central office that she had the backing of all the parents. before this she went around to the parents and told them more outragous lies. this went on for about 3 months. I was interviewed all of my players were interviewed and the parents were interviewed. needless to say all of this came to nothing and not one thing was found. This lady has money and she is crazy. Me and my family went through 3 months of hell and my team did. my family was scared we would lose our only income and lose our house. do I have a case or not please help. thanks

You need to take your ass to an attorney RIGHT NOW!

Do now run a Box and 1, do not run a pass and go do not call a timeout.

At a minimum, this woman is a nutcase who needs her knickers cropped.

As for a case, only an attorney who has access to the statements and proceedings of the school board can make that determination.
