i live in florida. my son has been divorced for about two years. his exwife is living with a man that just got out of jail at the same time of there divorce and they have been living togeather every since. my son went over to see his child and was told by the boyfriend to leave so he did. the boyfreid and his exmmother in law followed him so he called the law . when he stoped at the stop sign they blocked him in and theatend him and his grilfriend ( soon to be wife) . he made at police report but was told it was his word against theres . they are not letting him see his child and are saying he raped his ex- wife and beat her mother . this never happened . she had taken him to court about this once before and the judge told her he didn't want to here it they had only been divorced and bout two mo. at the time and said she should have brougth it up then. also so they are now saying he has called and tryed to get her back ect.ect.ect.. they say it's on tape but yet no one hase heard these tapes.

what should he do? the thing we worry about the most is what is this doing to his child. who is now 2 and a half.
