What is the name of your state? Ohio

My son (18) broke up w/his gfriend (17). She's mad and has threatened to accuse him of rape. He swears they never even had 'true' sex, just oral (man is that hard for a Mom to write). Gfriend first started with - we can fix this, then she went to, I think I was pregnant 2 wks ago and never told you, but had a miscarriage 3 days ago, when he still won't come back to her, she says she's told a teacher at school she thinks she was raped. He keeps saying - no sex = no rape, no sex = no pregnancy

All discussion has been her calling him - and all phone conversations.

My son is angry, frustrated and terrified. How do you prove you didn't do something you didn't do?

Is there anything my son can do now to start laying the groundwork in case she's not just threatening and really does accuse him of rape?

ps Age of consent in Ohio is 16 years.

**A: true sex? Is that like true lies? Just oral? Are you following the Clinton definition?

Q: He swears they never even had 'true' sex, just oral
A: And how is this not "true" sex? (Not only do I think this is "true" sex, I think it is "great sex"!)

Get a restraining order.

No more responses please.

You know, I was trying to quote my kid, not justify his definition.
I know the definition of sex and in a time of stress, I was hoping I'd get more actionable help - dare I say 'true' help.

The focus of the question appears to have gotten lost in the excitement of talking about the word sex. Never mind - I'll pursue help from other avenues.

Ta ta folks.
