Me and my wife bought a 98 GMC Jimmy about 7 weeks ago. When we bought it we found a few items that needed to be fixed. The dealer gave us a due bill and told us to go to a repair shop and have the items fixed and they would pay for it. we took the car to the shop and when the shop called to tell the dealer how much the dealer came and got the car and claimed they were going to fix it. Its been three (3) times now that they have had the car and it still isnt fixed. The car was pulling to the right thats the issue and they are trying to tell us that its normal when other garages are telling us its not. Do I have to continue to mess withthese bozos or can I have the car fixed now that they have had three chances somewhere wlse and expect them to pay for it even if I have to goto small claims court.
