NY. my so called tenent has not been in the house for over 6 weeks, Can I evict her? She has changed her mailing address, she uses oxygen the oxygen company came to service her home O2 and I told him she took the unit with her when she left. All of her belongings are still in the house, She has been living with her boyfriend, by the way she is my mother, we have NO life estate in the deed. How long does she have to be gone before we get her out. She pays nothing to live in the apartment, we would like to rent it out for added income. thank you
