What is the name of your state?

Texas.

I got pulled over by a cop for having a burnt out licence plate light and the cop was a bully. He was just profiling me. I did nothing. I told him he should be ashamed of himself and that he was a bully and an a**hole. He ticketed me for disorderly conduct.

Is this disorderly conduct? Is it illegal to call a cop an ******* in the front seet of your car on an empty street in the middle of the night when he is one?

Can I get a public defender and take this to trail or what? The ticket doesn't say anything about it.

I should also note that I am not a texas resident, have no address or phone, am unemployed and was driving someone elses car.

Here is the relevant portion of texas law:

PENAL CODE

TITLE 9. OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER AND DECENCY

CHAPTER 42. DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND RELATED OFFENSES

§ 42.01. DISORDERLY CONDUCT. (a) A person commits an
offense if he intentionally or knowingly:
(1) uses abusive, indecent, profane, or vulgar
language in a public place, and the language by its very utterance
tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace; What is the name of your state?
