What is the name of your state? FL

Only a month left of probation for DUI, have a hardship license. Got pulled over and ticketed for not having headlights on. The ticket for the headlights was the only thing I drove away with, no other charges were involved here. Was in another county from the one I'm on probation. Am I violating my probation by getting this ticket?

**A: what does your probation agreement state and why were you driving with no headlights?

If the probation conditions were not to get any offenses of any kind (including traffic tickets) then you are in violation.

If not, then you are not.

technically it's probably a violation. however, i really doubt your PO wants to lock you up over a stupid headlight.
