I live in the Kansas City Metropolitan area and in MO. Scalping tickets is illegal....However on the KS side is legal HHHHMMMMmmmm Strange I know

My question, hypothetical, If I sold my chiefs tickets for face value...with lets say a cigarette lighter(a very overpriced cigarette lighter) and said that the customer has to buy the entire package to get the tickets...from a legal standpoint...is this a true loophole in the law.
