My Great Grandfather died many years ago, dividing his land up between his children. One of his sons which would be my great uncle recieved his portion. He later died without a will. He apparently had no children and no one who stepped up to claim his property. He died around 1960. I went to the court house to find out the status of the property and found out that the property taxes were being paid by one of my cousins. The property is still in the name of my uncles estate. What can be done with this property since the list of possible relatives is endless.

**A: his heirs (per State law) should have filed probate action.
