What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Is there a time limit for completing the process for a motion to reinstate / motion to modify? I know there was 30 days from the initial filing date and the CP started another motion just before the 30 day window expired. I have recieved nothing by way of paperwork and only seen the filing online at the District Clerks website. When I called them they said the process was started and not yet completed by the CP and that this would have to be done before a hearing date could be set. Since the CP has no attorney and is doing this Pro Se, i wanted to know if the same rules apply as before with maybe a new 30 day clock starting?

Sorry but I just don't know enough about this procedure at this point and the DC Office gives me little info to work with.

Kind Regards
