What is the name of ZIstate (only U.S. law)? TX

Is there a time limit to submit the Life Insurance Claim Form? I am not in USA not, but am making travel arrangements to come to USA to claim the amount from the life insurance of which i am a beneficiary.

How did you know that you were named as a beneficiary?

You could have contacted the insurance company by phone or by e-mail or by letter from where you live, but you can still do so even after you arrive in the US.
