What is the name of your state? Hawaii
I need help, I received a right to sue letter from the EEOC on 6/9/04, and I also received a right to sue letter from the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission, dated 7/9/04. I am having a impossible time retaining an attorney to file a lawsuit. The reason is because the attorneys that do employment law have heavy case loads and do not have time for my case. Is there any way that I can get an extension in which to file my case so that I can find an attorney?
