My brother lives in Penn. and has timeshare in Florida. The time share was under him and his girlfriend at the time. Now he wants to buy her out. What form can he use to transfer her share or transfer the title to just his name. Can he use a regular Quit Claim Deed? Once he completes the paper work, he needs to record the new Deed. Does it need to be recorded in Florida? Also, does he need an attorney to do this. Can he complete the papers himself, sign in front of a Notary, and then record it? Please let me know which Quit Claim Deed or What form he has to use to transfer title. Thank you. The county is Broward County in Orlando.What is the name of your state?
