I have a time share in arizona. I have paid off the note but no longer want the timeshare. I have not been able to sell it or give it back to the company and I have not paid the maintenance fee for two years. What can I expect them to do legally if I do not pay?

You can be foreclosed on.

Here is a link that describes the process in Arizona for timeshare foreclosures: http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/arizona-timeshare-foreclosure-right-cancel-laws.html

The timeshare issue is not usually the "ownership" of the right to be at a place, but the obligation of the contractual fee. Most timeshare owners who want out would accept foreclosure of possession interests, they want elimination of contractual payments.
I don't know what you are saying.

If a timeshare owner fails to pay the assessments, the company (or association) can move to foreclose after notifying the owner of the delinquency first, so the owner has the chance to cure the delinquency. sedonaaa has already paid off the note.
