California-7/2- I bought a time share in puerta vallarta, mexico on 6/23. i shouldnt have done it. is there any way to get out of it? i was notified by the credit card company yesterday that the charges didn't go through so they dont have any money, but they do have my signature.

Send a certified rrr letter terminating the pruchase following the fine print in the contract.
