Couple of questions:

1.) Once your case is discharged and closed, how long do you have to re-open it if the need arises?

2.) Would anyone know that if you filed for ch 7 "no asset case" and you forget to list a creditor, would that still be discharged under the bankruptcy? I cant seem to find if you have a no asset case in Illinois and forget a creditor, its still discharged.

thanks for any input.
