Around 1980 bought a time share condo in Mississippi. About a year latter we moved to texas and wre unable to use condo. there was a yearly maintance fee. we did not received in notice to pay in over 20 years and now they have turned this over to a collection agency. Do they have legal opotions after 20 years and if so what are our options

First DO NOT offer to pay them anything......

Becuase the staute of limitations could have run out and they cant collect a dime, they are just trying to scare you.

If you offer to pay,or make payments, then you will owe everthing...so keep quiet, untill a someone finds the answer.
