Mediation agreement only, judge hasn't signed final paper. Bio mom is to pay the dad 12 a month in cs to be deposited into an account plus repay him the 128 he is currently being deducted out of his check from the prior agreement until the judge signs the papers. The bio mom isn't paying anything. The only thing in the paper is the 12 a month, the 128 was only an agreement between the 2 in mediation. We are turning her into the cs division for the 12 a month after the judge signs the paper, which should be soon. Can we legally hold her responsible for the 128 a month that has accumulated for 5 months now? We want to turn this amount into the cs division for repayment as well.
