My parents deeded to my brothers, sister and I, a parcel of land in Conn., that they owned since 1973. We recently decided to market the property , and to our surprise, have found TWO homes built on part of the property, reducing what was 5 buildable lots down to 2.
We had the survey RE-done, confirming our boundary lines.
What am I supposed to do?

What have you discovered in your title search as to how your property was built upon without your knowledge? Was any of your property sub-divided and sold?
