i live in st. louis, mo and i refinance 3 yrs ago. after 6 mnts i found out that the title company made a big mistake by insuing another 1st morgage to another bank. my first was with HUD that wasn't paid off. The other bank donot handle 2nd mortgages. my question is should the title insurance I took out with the company made the mistake had taken care of the problem? they want me to pay for their incompetence. cedric
