Title Insurance

I recently bought a house and have since closed as of 6-7-2001. A couple of days ago the mortgage company called and said that they forgot to add in Title Insurance on the total amount, I looked thru the paperwork and indeed they did. The question, is it my fault or the mortgage company, they want me to pay $450 for this mistake. Should I let it go, or say it was your fault for not looking over the paperwork close enough and you should pay for the cost's since everybody has signed the paperwork.
