What is the name of your state? TEXAS

WE ARE TRYING TO SELL SOME PROPERTY AND THE TITLE COMPANY IS DOING A TITLE SEARCH AND FOUND THAT 3 SALES AGO THE PROPERTY WAS IN THE HUSBAND AND WIFE'S NAMES BUT ONLY THE HUSBAND SIGNED THE DEED AND IT WAS RECORDED THAT WAY. BOTH THE HUSBAND AND WIFE WERE ALIVE AT THAT TIME BUT NOW ARE BOTH DEAD. WHAT NOW?

WHAT NOW?

Get assistance from someone who will know how to handle this like a real estate Atty.

And turn off your caps.

Contact the title company that insured YOUR purchase and ask them to indemnify the new title company.
