What is the name of your state? WA

I purchased a brand new razor v3 through Tmobile for several hundred dollars.

It wasn't but a month or two before it became defective.

It was still covered under warranty, h-o-w-e-v-e-r,

In the past they would just send a new (meaning refurbished) one out no problem.

Now, they send out a refurbished unit, but I (we) now have to pay shipping to our address. Slow shipping is 10+ dollars.

Now, my phone has died once again, under warranty, and once again i have no option but to pay shipping.

Why should I have to pay more than $20.00 in shipping fees (so far) to replace their defective product with a refurbished unit no less?

Can this be legal?

How much in shipping fees should I have to incur while they send me refurbished unit after refurbished unit. (they'll waive the shipping fee if you have to send it back twice in the same month.)

This new change in policy smacks of a class action lawsuit IMO and I find it highly unfair.

What happens in a class action lawsuit? If I filed a claim and everyone signed on then we would all be reimbursed the shipping charges we paid?
