TN 1 Visa ?

Hello! I work for a non profit agency in Mass, USA
We will be hiring students from Canada for a 4 week program in Mental Health training. We will supply housing. Some will work with a J1 visa and others a TN1.
Does anyone know where I can find info on TN1?

So far I have found that TN Visas are only available for citizens of Mexico and Canada training for certain professions. Still looking for employer tax requirements, but getting there
