What is the name of your state?Indiana is where I live.

background info:
On TN1 visa, renewed for many years and got married 2.5 yrs ago , still TN1 and now have a child.

Each of the following, the spouse doesn't care about outcome:
bankruptcy: divorce: me wanting to move back to Canada with baby:
Spouses credit is bad and only my signature are on loans.

If I file for bankruptcy?
does this ruin my credit in the US and Cda?
does it only affect my US SSN#?

I am worried if I don't start divorce proceedings in US, spouse will trying to mess things up and I will have to appear in Indiana for this. I need to file but don't want to stay another 6 months to finalize. What's best option? file from Canada?

I am taking baby back to Canada. Can I have a notorized copy of spouses statement stating that I have full custodial rights of baby? or do I need more? what's required when I get to the border? Also, I want to get Cdn citizenship for baby. I don't care about child support?
