Thank you for all your help. To often I have found that the so called "free advice boards" are nothing but a easy way to pick up new customers. I appreciate the fact that you continue to offer the help even with the knowledge that there is no immediate financial gain for you. Too bad you are not
here in Georgia. We appreciate you and others like you.

My response:

Wow !!

I've been consumed in "trial preparation" for the past couple of days, and thought I'd peek my nose in the Boards during a break, and I am just floored by finding yours, and everyone's, nice comments !! Thank you!

I am just taken aback with everyone's kind words. I sincerely appreciate it.

It's also good to know, and comforting, that I am part of a great team of contributors, in the likes of Lawrat, Lars Coltrane, Tracey, ALawyer, Mark Replogle, and everyone else. You guys are the greatest.

And learning, or thinking of another avenue, is not one-sided. With fresh brain power like Lawrat's, I too have learned quite a bit (Yes, even this old dog) because Lawrat deals in areas that I don't, and puts a fresh face in those areas where I do. She's absolutely terrific.

Lars keeps me on my toes, and I dig it when he comes up with an opposing view. There's always more than one way to skin a cat, and I thoroughly enjoy reading Lars' views and opinions. Between the two us us, the writer usually has lot's of angles to think about - - and that's the way it should be. Thank you Lars !

Tracey is, well, one of the best I have encountered. Her well-thought opinions and suggestions in the Real Estate Board, and others, are easy to understand and a fabulous plus to this site. Washington State has a real jewel in it's ranks.

All of our other contributors, along with Lawrat, Lars, and Tracey, make FreeAdvice.com
a wonderful place to learn, enjoy, and "get into it."

Thanks again, everyone, for your kind words, and know too that my feelings about you wonderful folks are returned 100 times. With you guys around, the practice of law is still fun and exciting.

What a team!!

Yours sincerely,

IAAL
