how can we get our realtor to pursue a contract that hasn't closed? closing date was 12 20 01. seller had heart attack, so we didn't push out of respect,but it is now 03 29 02 and we still haven't heard anything from anyone about anything.oh, the heart attack was not fatal.the seller has not signed the contract because of his untimely illness and this is the reason for the holdup.the realtor said she doesn't want to call him for fear of "pissing him off", although he is still in agreement to sell.
