What is the name of your state? Maryland
I am in the process of dealing with a few JDB's. I have seen arguments not to sign the letters that I send to them.
First of all why should I not sign and secondly what legal binding (if any) would my letter loose if I did not sign?
Thanks! :)

I am assuming you are sending either a DV letter of a C & D letter. If this is the case, I've been told it is best to NOT sign simply because CAs can be shady and will duplicate your signature onto other documents. I recommend that you use an electronic signature instead. You simply change the font on your "sig" to some kind of script-like type and this should suffice.
