What is the name of your state? Michigan

I live in a Manufactured Home Park. I bought a double wide home, and moved in here in 1995 with my ex-husband. I was divorced from my exhusband in 2001. I was re-married in 2004. In 2004, a new Park Manager took over, and she moved in 3 lots down from my home. Since then, she has consistently harassed me on various so-called "violations", the last being the most ridiculous. I was told that I had to register my new husband as an "occupant". So, I agreed. They gave me a "lease application" for him to fill out. Well, he is not on the lease, or the mortgage, as me and my ex-husband are. We filled out the form anyways, and also had to pay a fee of $30.00. I received a response a week later stating that my husband was not approved for residency based on credit. I was served with a court summons stating that I negelected to "register all occupants" a month later. I went to court, and was told by this park's lawyer that my husband could not live here since he had a felony from 2005 for a drunk driving offense, and that he had 10 days to move out. I just received in the mail, documents from the park's attorney's office that state, not only can my husband not live here, but he cannot even visit or I will be evicted and have to move my double wide off the park premises. I have researched this topic, and have proof that there are 2 sex offenders with felonies that live in this park. One of them was convicted just recently on a 1st offense. My question is, can they actualy tell me that my husband cannot even visit my home?? Also, what about all the other felon residents and visitors, or am I being discriminated against???? I am just trying to raise my 3 daughters here, and unfortunately, do not have the luxury of being able to get up and move out. Now, my marriage is totally being destroyed by this woman who thinks she can tell residents that pay rent, and mortgages in this park, who they can and can't have to visit??

Tell her to read the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Thank you - that's what I thought, and know. My only question is, how should I proceed with this matter. Should I contact the ACLU, or what?? If there are no felons allowed, should there be a sign say "no felons allowed" when entering park. That is almost as bad as saying "no colors allowed".
