I rent a lot with my own mobile home on it. The other day my dog was attacked while on the property that I rent by the dog of the owner of the land. They sent a letter the next day that I have to move my trailer off their land May 1st. How long do I have til I have to move my trailer off the land?
Also if somebody moved into a place with the intent to buy it and is not able to can they be asked to leave?

What sort of lease do you have in place? If you are a month-to-month tenant it would seem you have until May 1.
Selling your trailer doesn't negate the termination. If the new owner wants to stay, he'll need to negotiate that with the landlord.

If you have a lease that indicates you would by right be able to stay longer, then the story is different.

i have no written lease on the lot I am renting and being I have to move and have no place to go my parents have a place that they are renting out to somebody who was supposed to be buying it but can not get financed so I wanted to know if they can tell her to leave without legal action being taken on them so I can move in there.
