I was told if I didn't sign a insubornation notice, the police would be called in 5 minutes. Can employees do this?
Manager lied to General manager and said I came with a closed fist.
General manager wouldn't listen to my side of story, told me to leave and said he would call when he was ready to talk to me. Now General manager won't take my calls. i never got a notice I was terminated. Is this legal? Do i have a case? Four bussiness days have passed now.

Something is fishy. Did you have a prior set of problems with the company or boss? Why did they say what they did?
