First of all, you are violating the TOS of this site by starting a new completely useless thread with no legal question!
Second, what the hell is your problem??? You asked if a child could decide which parent he could live with, and you were given the legal answer. End of story.
If his mom is so unfit, why the hell hasn't your "man", the kid's dad, done anyting about it for the past 14 YEARS???
