What is the name of your state?NC
I have a contract for a sum of money that has not been paid to me. I'm guess the statue of limitations is three years in my state well the contract is older than that but I recieved a payment 2 years a ago and contacted an attorney which sent him a letter a year and a half ago is too late to sue him still?
