Okay, Refrasing.

Website stated thing would cost 19.99 . only one charge..
then their TERMS OF service which is a link on a different page states 300 dollars.

this was 1 year ago. It was charged to visa.
I live in New York.

Thier website is still up. I will give more info soon..
I have heard of "ripoffreport" sites, but Not sure what they can do.. since I disputed the charge, and my information was verified supposedly so I lost.

But, is there anything else I can do?
