Anyone have a problem similar to this? Final Hearing last September. Judge gave spouse 10 days to comply with his ruling. In February, another hearing was held to make spouse comply. Judge gave spouse 72 hours to comply and signed FJ on 18 Feb. In May another hearing was held for redistribtuion of property since ex did not comply. Judge gave him 24 hours to comply and agreed to hearing for redistribution of property. Hearing set for July - his attorney got sick. New hearing time needs to be set. How long can this go on? Doesn't the judge, at some point, either have to redistribute property or jail ex for noncompliance with his orders? In the meantime, I am going down the drain financially and don't know how much longer I can hang on.
