My dentist shaved a perfectly healthy tooth just because he did not care opening the file before starting working. He admitted he made a mistake and apologized.
Is this a case? How much would be a fair amount to settle with him for the damage?
Thanks for your advice.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Well, you need to talk with a personal injury attorney because you may be entitled to future dental bills, as well. What this guy did is called medical malpractice and you can stand to gain a lot because teeth are not only necessary items to our body to eat but there are cosmetic issues, involved as well.

Try attorneypages.com, some of them give free consultations or try your state bar association (call 411) and then when you get through ask for lawyer referral.
