My ex seriously injured me & I won a large judgement against him. I live in OH, he lives in FL. He remarried immediately & put assets in wife's name, claims self employed & making little money. Collection attorneys tell me I can't touch him. They have sizable joint bank accounts, properties, etc. He has the cush life while I have struggled 13 years to pay medical bills & ready to go bankrupt. What can I do - PLEASE HELP!!

If what you say is accurate "he remarried immediately & put assets in wife's name, claims self employed & making little money" then go back to Florida and find a real attorney. If he transferred assets to avoid paying a judgment, that's fraud. You can likely trace and recover the assets.
