What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

I believe my car is totaled but I think I'm getting the run around by Allstate's fast talking slick agent because they do not want to claim it totaled. I was actually told by the shop that the adjuster fiddled with the estimate in order to not qualify for a total loss claim.
I think I may have three options.

1) Have salvage buyers to bid on the car and take the repair check from the ins. company in order to get my fair value

2) Hire a 3rd appraiser. I don't know what good would actuallly come out of it.

3) Hire a lawyer to help me negotiate my money or go through litigation

What can I do according to the law?
