Tracey, I first thank-you for your reply to my May 5 post. Unfortunately, not one of your suggestions can be used, so I prayfully request you again consider the following questions.
The original attorney has moved, and I am unable to locate him. Even if the access exists, I have been locked out of the hallway which was my ingress/egress by virtue of being common area. Even though there was a failure by local government regulators to require the necessary plans be filed as required by statute, which employee of the developer is responsible to file plans as required? And, lastly, is it possible to have a state statute explained?
